 P/Strada was established in 2001 by its Owner and Executive Director, Patrice W. Manuel. Ms. Manuel is a retired military officer with over 20 years’ experience in project management and organizational development. Ms. Manuel is a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute, and has an undergrad degree in Chemistry, a Master’s degree in Science Administration and is currently ABD in a Ph.D. in Organizational Management and Leadership Development.


A current and major goal of P/Strada is to teach companies to embrace their current employees. Everything used to be about ROI, but P/Strada believes it is really about the value someone brings to the table.  Therefore, P/Strada teaches companies how to maximize the people they have instead of just getting new people. P/Strada also acts as a conduit between government agencies and corporations that lack the communication skills they need to lead effectively.


 Patrice Manuel has recently co-written a book with two highly acclaimed professionals, Steve Ervin and William McVey. Talking Like Leaders, Communication in the Workplace -  an indispensable guide to communicating with employees. This book is ideal for people currently in management or those who need a primer on effective communication in the workplace environment.
